Inquiry data

The current website collects contact and trip-request information through forms and email-style contact flows.

No ad tags loaded

Old advertising and analytics tracking tags have been removed from the current website codebase.

Supplier sharing

Information may be shared with travel suppliers when needed to provide quotes, reservations, or support.

Rights vary

Privacy choices and legal rights depend on the law that applies to the customer and the request.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect contact details, account details if accounts are later introduced, quote and itinerary information, traveler details, booking-related information, transaction-related information, customer-support communications, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, marketing preferences, website interaction information, and fraud-prevention information.

The current visible website includes a lead request modal, newsletter email field, general contact form, phone links, and email links. We did not find active third-party advertising tags, analytics tags, chat widgets, payment forms, call-tracking scripts, or session-recording scripts in the current source.

2. Sources of information

Information may be collected directly from customers, automatically from devices, from a travel companion or booking organizer, from suppliers, from payment providers if payment features are introduced, and from service providers where permitted by consent and applicable law.

3. Why we use information

We use information to provide quotes and travel assistance, process or support reservations, communicate with customers, respond to cancellation or refund requests, handle payment and fraud-prevention steps where applicable, send service communications, meet legal or accounting obligations, improve the website, remember essential preferences, and protect the website from misuse.

Where relevant, processing may be based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. The exact legal basis and rights available may depend on applicable law.

4. When information may be shared

Information may be shared with tour operators, hotels, resorts, airlines if future flight assistance is introduced, cruise lines if future cruise assistance is introduced, rail operators if future rail assistance is introduced, car rental companies if future car-rental assistance is introduced, destination-management companies, payment processors, hosting providers, email and communications providers, fraud-prevention providers, professional advisers, regulators, and law-enforcement bodies where legally required.

We share only what is reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. Third-party suppliers and service providers may have their own privacy policies and systems.

5. Retention, transfers, and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for quotes, support, booking records, legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, service improvement, and supplier requirements. Exact retention periods are not verified in the project.

Travel fulfillment and technology providers may process information in multiple countries. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no website, email, phone call, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Cookies and storage

The current codebase does not load optional third-party advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Consent choices are stored in local storage under tbt_cookie_consent_v1. Lead request details may also be stored locally in the visitor's browser to support the email handoff flow.

Read our Cookie Policy for cookie categories, discovered storage keys, and controls.

7. Customer choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, marketing opt-out, cookie controls, or complaint rights. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or supplier purposes.

8. Children's privacy

The website is not intentionally directed to children acting independently. Adult organizers may provide information about minor travelers when needed for a travel request or reservation.
